What You'll Do

• Prepare and review federal income tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Support proactive tax planning, research, and strategy development.
• Work with individuals, families, and business owners to understand their tax and financial situations.
• Participate in client meetings and communicate complex tax information clearly.
• Identify tax planning considerations that support broader client objectives.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, CFO services, financial planning, and wealth management professionals.
• Conduct tax research and stay informed about relevant changes to tax laws and regulations.

What We're Looking For

• Licensed CPA, CPA candidate, or actively pursuing CPA eligibility and licensure.
• Approximately 0–3 years of accounting or tax experience.
• Familiarity with individual and business federal income tax returns.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
